  • ARE THERE ANY CHANGES TO Anecdote Naturals hours of operations?  

In an effort to protect our community and employees, we have temporarily closed our natural products studio.  We will reopen as soon as it is safe to do so.  If you are looking for immediate support, please contact anecdote@mail.com 

 
  • CAN I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE?

Yes! Our customer service teams are available to help answer your questions. Email is the best option as our teams are working remote. Please expect a delay in response times as we navigate this ever-evolving situation together.

  • WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?

Payment will be captured in full at the time the order is placed. We will continue accepting and processing orders on www.anecdotenaturals.com at this time, but please expect delays.

 

  •  HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We want to confirm, we are still processing orders from anecdotenaturals.com We are however, working in a modified environment and remote, so please expect delays in the processing of your order. Once the order ships, transit via USPS can take 1-6 days depending on the destination.

 

  • CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Orders are processed upon receipt. Unfortunately, we are not able to make any changes once an order has been placed. Please reach out to anecdote@mail.com with any questions and we will be happy to assist.
